Introduction

Load Balancer has several modules ready to use. This first release has protocol-specific plugins for only HTTP; but I have planned to write some plugins for SMTP, and DNS. This doesn?t mean that you can use Load Balancer with another protocol different from HTTP ! you can use Load Balancer with any protocol, the only drawback is that Load Balancer only has ?smart? plugins for HTTP. In this section we will talk about the different plugins (modules) and his capabilities.
